Our Meetup group is a business book club with a leaning toward technology and culture. We founded our book club in March 2011, and meet roughly every six weeks to discuss a new book. Members take turns choosing a book for the group to read. Our main focus is on the confluence of business and technology, but some books have little or nothing to do with technology, and no technical experience/expertise is necessary to join.
Meet other women from businesses involved in the wind industry. Gather to discuss current events, share experiences, and to network with other people interested in renewable energy. With quarterly lunches and monthly social events, WoWE Twin Cities is a group of individuals who support and encourage the participation and advancement of professional women in the wind energy industry.
